Aspire People, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher for a full-time role in Nuneaton.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator to join a supportive and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the full Year 3 curriculum, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning, and fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons for Year 3 students.
Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
Liaise with parents, carers, and other staff members to support student learning and development.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.
Undertake any other duties that contribute to the effective running of the school.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience teaching Year 3 or within Key Stage 2.
A thorough understanding of the national curriculum and assessment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Aspire People.
