Their team covers the whole development lifecycle - ranging from land acquisition, planning/project management, project design, and grid engineering. Having all of these capabilities within a streamlined team structure, has created a clear line of communication throughout the business where collaboration and the sharing of expertise is promoted!
This company is looking to bring on additional support for the land acquisition/management side of the business with a new Land Referencer. Your role is crucial to the early-stages of project development, ensuring that land/sites are properly vetted and are suitable for development.
Your role would include:
> Reviewing geographic and topographic data in order to contribute to site feasibility
assessments.
> Present this data using GIS technology alongside the land team when engaging with
landowners and stakeholders.
> Attend landowner engagement visits, and take part in landowner engagement/stakeholder
management.
> Visualize land registry data using GIS software to provide an understanding on land
constraints and potential new stakeholders.
