Due to exciting, forward-thinking plans there is now an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support their evolving business needs.

Position Overview:

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving our HR strategy across various locations in the Southern region. You will work closely with senior management and front-line employees to ensure that our HR initiatives align with business goals and support our multi-site customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Provide expert HR advice on a range of employee relations issues, talent management, and organisational development.

Conduct regular site visits to foster relationships and ensure alignment with HR policies and practices.

Support talent acquisition efforts to meet the unique needs of each location.

Collaborate with HR teams on training and development initiatives to build a skilled workforce.

Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an FMCG or multi-site environment.

Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.

Ability to travel across the Southern region as required.
