Our client based in Guildford are seeking an Administration Assistant to join for the next 3-6 months. This role would suit someone with previous office experience!

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently and accurately manage contract-related instructions from clients, ensuring timely completion.
Handle administrative duties such as processing documents and updating records
Deliver professional customer support via phone and email
Identify and suggest improvements to streamline task processing
Participate in tasks related to compliance, audits, data protection, and quality management
Maintain up-to-date customer and contract information within company IT systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
Proficiency in IT/computer systems.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in managing and prioritising workload.
Professional and confident telephone communication skills
