  • Manage a caseload of client contacts using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Check customer documentation and input details into Council systems.
  • Quickly adapt to changes in legislation affecting service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • No previous experience in council services required as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain important information.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other IT systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle high-volume work.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
