Salary:£33,000- £35,000

The key focus of this HR Advisor role is to provide a full HR Advisory service
On a day to day basis as the HR Advisor you will -
- Provide a full generalist HR service to the business including succession planning, engagement, performance management, there is lot to do here, including managing long term sickness and liaising with occupational health.
- Manage Employee Relations issues, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management issues, absence.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers and help them become better managers, more confident, more empowered.
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures
- Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required
- This role also involves managing inductions, working closely with hiring managers on recruitment issues, probation reviews.
- Analyse and compile management information
- Identify opportunities for change and improvement
- This is an exciting and hugely varied role!
Skills needed:
- You willhave worked in a fast-paced environment and skilled in all generalist areas of HR supporting a sizable numbers.
- Extensive employee relations experience, managing high case numbers is essential.
As the HR Advisor you will need to demonstrate strong HR experience of hands-on HR and ER advising, within a fast-paced environment.
