SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading HR solutions provider to find an experienced and motivated individual to lead the documentation team. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & Support: You'll be the backbone of the HR Documentation team, providing clear leadership and technical support. Your role will involve mentoring HR Documentation Consultants, ensuring they deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice and documentation. You'll also focus on their ongoing development, helping them to continuously improve.
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Documentation Consultancy team. You'll ensure that video and telephone assessments are completed efficiently, meeting all client SLAs and KPIs with no work left outstanding.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all HR documentation meets the highest standards of compliance with employment law, significantly reducing any risk of negligence claims.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their HR documentation needs, whether it's creating new documents or reviewing existing ones. You'll ensure all work aligns with company policies and addresses the specific needs of each client. Handling any complaints with care and professionalism will also be key, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly.
- Team Development: Foster a positive, consistent, and motivated team environment. You'll lead recruitment efforts, manage induction training, and ensure ongoing professional development. Your leadership will help the team perform at its best, ensuring both productivity and satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review team performance against KPIs, conduct one-on-one meetings, and provide constructive feedback. You'll also keep detailed records and prepare reports for management, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

- HR Expertise: A deep understanding of HR practices and employment law is essential. You should be able to provide expert guidance and ensure that all documentation is fully compliant.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills are a must. You should be able to mentor and motivate your team, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Client Focus: You'll need to be confident and professional in client interactions, whether over the phone or in person, and capable of handling sensitive situations with diplomacy.
