Temp - Lettings Associate
Week on week ongoing for around 3 months
Hybrid working1-2 days a week based in Stratford with 3-4 days working from home
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
£18.13 per hour + holiday pay
Our client is looking for a lettings associate to join their team qualifying leads, advising customers on the benefits of schemes, carry out viewings, and progress sign-ups within target and timescales. We are looking for applicants who have a commercial mindset, ideally have experience in new home lettings, can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have a track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The individual must be self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of driving efficiency to let homes within the agreed timescales. The ability to produce results and deal with a demanding workload means that the successful candidate needs to be a team player whilst being self-motivated and with a target-driven attitude.
Required skill set:
Demonstrable knowledge of the Assured Short-hold Tenancy Legislation and proven experience of the London letting market
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.
