Multiple C# .Net Developers (Legal Firm, Azure, CI/CD)

Your new company
Your new company I am engaged on a new project to recruit a number of .Net Developers for an award-winning national legal business with 7 UK sites. There are 2x Permanent Developers roles and 1x 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
You can work remotely in the UK for this role, with a quarterly visit to one of their offices (Southampton London, Manchester etc).
Your new role
You'll be joining at a perfect time for a Developer. They are going through a Digital Transformation and have completed phase 1 (new hardware, intranet, security), and phase 2 is to look at systems modernisation, streamlining their software to ensure the see earners within the business can operate seamlessly.
You'll be joining an existing remote development team, reporting into the Head of Development and will be responsible for building the custom internal applications that can improve performance overall. There are some off the shelf applications but the majority of the role will be pushing .Net, Cloud and DevOps.
There will be lots of interaction here with other teams and stakeholders so people skills are important. They don't want to build on assumptions here so you can gather requirements and use real-time feedback in your solutions.
The business is 700 strong with an aggressive growth plan so the project work and opportunities to make an impact will be great. They are looking to move quickly and will interview and make decisions in 1 stage. The internal culture is welcoming, inclusive and genuinely they've retained a family feel despite the growth.
What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed We're looking for 3+ years' experience working with C# .Net Web technologies, (MVC, Web Api, Rest API) supported by JavaScript/HTML/CSS and SQL Server/T-SQL.
You should have a good knowledge of Azure DevOps (Azure ServiceBus / NServiceBus) and will be a proponent of Agile/Scrum.
Practical experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines is essential, including Docker/Kubernetes for containerisation.
