Senior Property Manager (Build to Rent)
Salary: £37,500k
Level of experience required: 2-3 years Build to Rent experience (BTR)
Responsibilities:
This is an Additional/Senior Prime (BtR) Property Manager. This role will work alongside one other Senior Prime Property Manager who works on the same site but each will have their own portfolio.
There are 2 other SPPM's in the team that look after different portfolios.
There is one Client based in East London and you will look after half of their BtR portfolio with 2 days on site, one day at head office and 2 days WFH.
This will be a very much customer facing and operations focused role as you will be based on site for some of the time. Building strong relationships with tenants is key, handling snagging & defects as well as responding quickly to maintenance issues and creating a positive environment where you are seen as approachable and efficient.
There are 4 Blocks in total, currently under 100 live tenancies but it will be growing to about 250 plus over the coming months.
The right candidate must have experience dealing with a lease up. ARLA qualified would also be great but if the right BTR experience is there ARLA can be overlooked.
