Are you a skilled IT support professional looking for an opportunity to focus on infrastructure support?
We are seeking a proactive IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our client's team of Engineers. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support, helping to maintain and improve the IT infrastructure for both internal users and customers. You'll be a key player in ensuring seamless operations and security across a range of IT systems. This role is 50% BAU Support, and 50% Projects and Infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Install and configure hardware such as IP phones, mobile devices, and workstations.
- Administer corporate servers, ensuring the smooth running of systems and efficient patch management.
- Manage onsite A/V equipment, including video conferencing setups.
- Collaborate with the IT team to support corporate networks and assist in IT projects.
- Adhere to change control processes and cyber security policies.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving for internal users and clients.
About You:
- Strong experience in a busy IT environment, ideally supporting 100+ users across multiple locations.
- Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop environments (Windows 10/11).
- Competency in Windows Server administration (2019/2022).
- Understanding of IT security, including antivirus, encryption, and authentication.
- Familiarity with cloud messaging services and virtual environments (VMware).
- Previous experience in 1st/2nd line support is essential.
- Ability to achieve Security Clearance (SC/DV).
