SRM Recruitment are exclusively working with a fantastic company based in central London to secure them an experienced Management Accountant. This is an integral role within a small team and would suit someone with experience working within a smaller business.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and management of finance inbox for all finance correspondence;
Reconciliation of bank transactions via Xero feed;
Schedule, process and reconcile fortnightly and monthly interim BACS payments;
Raise and distribute all sales invoicing
Record all bills and schedule supplier payments;
Assist CFO with credit control and debtor/cash management;
Process expenses - personal and company credit cards;
Monthly accruals/prepayments and depreciation journals;
Produce consolidated accounts to trial balance for review by the CFO;
Ad hoc reporting, income/expenditure analysis;
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statement, balance sheets and cash flow statements;
Conduct variance analysis
Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
Some HR administrative tasks
Some operational/office management tasks as required to cover EA absence
Skills Required:
AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA part qualified/qualified/QBE
Xero experience is an advantage
Interest in tech would be welcomed
