RG Consultancy are working with a company based at Trafford Park who are looking for an accounts assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis. This is an all round accounts role, which would suit someone looking to finalise their AAT and develop.
This role is reporting into the companies finance manager and will eventually support with some month end duties.
Duties will include:
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Processing general journals
- Weekly payment runs
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing expenses
- Matching and coding invoices
- Supplier reconciliations
- Other adhoc duties
Skills required:
- Accounts payable (2 years minimum)
- Strong IT skills / accounts software
