Reception / Front of House - Global Comms Company

My Client is a Global Communications Company based in the heart of the West End, W1. They are looking for a glass half-full, energetic and personable candidate to look after their Front of House. Whilst their reception desk is standalone, the nature of what the company does means there is a constant footfall of people walking through and stopping for a catch-up so you are not isolated by any means.

The company is global and award winning. It is creative and vibey so they need someone who really can transmit and represent their culture and ethos to Clients coming through - organising meeting rooms and making sure they are fully stocked, making sure the office is set up every day, ordering food, overseeing couriers and suppliers etc.

There isn't a lot of phone work and it really is an office co-ordination position.

Four days a week in the office and hours of 8.30am-6pm.
