Our client is a leading global luxury brand currently looking for an experienced Senior Reward Manager/Head of Reward to join them to head up the reward function for the brand.

You'll be credible in all things reward with a strong commercial approach and are someone who enjoys leading a team and collaborating with others to shape the future of the brand's reward philosophy and deliver new and innovative ways to attract, motivate and retain colleagues across a breadth of disciplines.

Responsibilities will include developing and managing the global reward philosophy framework; analysing and interpreting data, reporting key themes and making recommendations;

implementing change through engaging stakeholders and being confident and capable to switch from the day- to-day operational HR to driving HR change and transformation; carrying out salary and benefit benchmarking and managing the annual reward cycle processes; supporting Senior leaders who sit on Remcos; and generally building Reward capability across the group.

This is a really exciting time to join the business which is going through an exciting period of change and transformation.

Candidates should have a strong global Reward background with experience across the whole spectrum of Reward specialisations. Strong managerial experience is also key, as is previous experience working with Remcos and experience working internationally.

Salary £100-£130k + excellent bonus and package. This role is London/Hybrid (3 days in the office).
