Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a well-established drug, alcohol, and mental health charity, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to join their Central Services team. With over 80 services across England and Scotland, our client provides support and advice to over 100,000 people every year.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive and Senior Leadership Team through excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills. Your responsibilities will include managing diaries, coordinating projects, preparing documentation for meetings, and handling travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for managing email inboxes, minuting meetings, and maintaining records. Additionally, you may be required to represent the organisation at events.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience working at an executive level and exceptional prioritisation and organisation abilities. Forward planning, critical thinking, and attention to detail will be key to effectively manage tasks and mitigate any issues that arise. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will also be important as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

Our client is offering a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum and a range of benefits including 28 days of annual leave, flexible working opportunities, and access to resources to support your wellbeing.
