We represent a leading company in integrated solar solutions, renowned for developing an industry-first DC connector enclosure safety product. Our primary objective is to win new business and drive sales across the UK, and we are seeking a B2B Sales Manager who shares this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Create and execute strategic sales plans focused on B2B opportunities to exceed sales targets.
- Sales: Identify and secure new business by targeting key markets, ensuring our innovative products are widely adopted across both domestic and commercial sectors.
- B2B Sales: Build and sustain strong relationships with B2B customers, partners, and stakeholders within the solar industry to drive consistent business development.
- Business Development:** Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with our business development goals, driving sales growth.
- Sales: Provide actionable market feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies, ensuring we stay ahead in the competitive solar market.
- Sales Strategy:** Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and seize emerging B2B business opportunities.
- Business Development:** Report quarterly on sales performance and potential new business areas to ensure sustained growth.

Daily Tasks:

- Sales Visits: Engage with builders, installers, and wholesalers to promote our products and drive B2B sales.
- Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to both existing and potential B2B clients, with a focus on business development.
- New Business: Actively pursue new B2B opportunities within the solar sector.
- Sales Engagement: Leverage social media to enhance our brand presence and reach potential B2B clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system to support sales efforts.
- Wholesaler Collaboration: Work closely with UK wholesalers to uncover additional sales opportunities and grow our B2B network.
