A successful and busy contractor has an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join and work in the Property, refurbishment, and maintenance sector on long term frameworks.
This role is to work in the on projects with clients on minor works projects, working on a wide variety of projects from refurbishments to maintenance of buildings and Civils from £10k up to £1.5 million. The role involves all aspects of Quantity Surveying including pricing, cost management from inception to final accounts working on contracts including JCT, Schedule of rates and others.
You will join a friendly team in a busy office, with site visits generally once or twice a week around the area when required as some work from home opportunities. You will work alongside an experienced operations team with good long-term relationships with their current clients.
