Role Overview:
We are seeking 4 compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to join the team. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting children with diverse learning needs, helping them to engage with the curriculum and enjoy their educational experience. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and have a strong knowledge of various learning difficulties, I would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
As a SEND TA you will provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, tailoring assistance to meet individual learning plans.
Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons that promote inclusively and encourage participation from all students.
Help manage the classroom environment to ensure it remains a safe, stimulating, and positive space for learning.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and reports as necessary.
Build supportive relationships with students, fostering their self-esteem and resilience.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective strategies and interventions.
Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in special educational needs.

Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children with special educational needs in an educational setting is highly desirable but not essential
People from health an social care backgrounds will be considered
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
A dynamic, patient, and empathetic attitude towards children with varied learning needs.
Ability to adapt and respond to the diverse needs of students in a fast-paced environment.
