At Saint-Gobain Digital, we're looking for an experienced Business Central Support Analyst to join our growing Digital & IT team. You'll play a crucial role in providing specialist system support, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring the smooth delivery of system changes.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the Business Central Subject Matter Expert, supporting business-critical changes and enhancements to ensure the system operates effectively.
  • Manage and resolve system incidents, providing proactive/reactive maintenance and ensuring minimal disruption to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to document, test, and implement new system functionalities, following change management processes.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure that all system changes and their impacts are clearly understood and well-managed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with hands-on expertise in incident management, workflow configuration, and report creation.
  • Strong knowledge of application architecture and system interfacing principles.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent experience with the ITIL Service Lifecycle).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
