Established over 15 years ago, this Surrey-based company is unlike any other brokerage you'll have encountered. It is realising its strong ambitions to increase growth in the UK, and accelerating the development of its European business, as well as scaling up its product development.
The role also covers at least one sister company specialising in a surprising - and entirely unrelated – sector, so you will need to have an innate ability to spread your expertise and appreciate the financial challenges and opportunities of more than one sector.
You must be a fully qualified accountant or Actuary with a strong track record in a senior leadership finance role, and background experience in brokerage. It will be advantageous if you've worked with actuaries.
You'll be required to spend at least four days based in its offices in a beautiful and historic riverside town in the heart of Surrey. There are excellent transport connections to London and beyond so commuting is an option.
