Our client is seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their bustling property department. As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will become an integral part of a team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to its clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will handle a variety of tasks including post-completion work, file opening, generating quotes, billing, and filing. Your responsibilities will also involve call handling and updating the case management system to ensure compliance and accuracy of client details and documents. Additionally, you will manage updates on LMS lender exchange and Help to Buy Portals.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for the Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role should have proven experience in residential conveyancing, particularly in post-completion work. Strong organisational and time management skills, along with keen attention to detail, are essential. You should demonstrate excellent client care and effective communication skills with colleagues and third parties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and some experience with a case management system are also required. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar role.
