This legal firm is seeking a legal secretary to join their expanding team. They're a successful and well-established business and are now going through a period of growth.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to their conveyancing team, where you will be supporting a small team of solicitors, associates and partners. This includes handling calls, managing a busy inbox, providing updates to clients, opening and closing files, managing documents, submitting applications and any other ad-hoc duties required by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previously worked in another law firm and supported a team of solicitors in either a secretarial or PA role. You can either get to Stockport or Macclesfield too. You're highly organised with excellent attention to detail and have great written and verbal communication skills. You're IT literate and have experience working with a case management system. You're a team player and can work well off your own initiative.
