Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children in their educational journey? Do you have experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Barnet. This is a full-time role, with trials starting ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students, particularly those with SEN.
- Assist the class teacher in managing classroom activities and supporting lesson plans.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Contribute to the social and emotional well-being of students by offering encouragement and guidance.
Requirements:
- Some experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with staff and parents.
- A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of students (enhanced DBS required).
