Property Manager - Manchester
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday) 9am to 5pm
Location: Salford Quays

Our client is a 200-year old family managed firm of Chartered Surveyors and they require a full-time residential property manager to complement the existing professional team.
The candidate will be fully responsible for day to day management and lettings of all residential properties managed by the firm with the role including but not limited to:-
Regular inspections of properties including post inspection reports to clients
Marketing & completing new lettings
Drafting inventories
Move out inspections
Rent Reviews & Tenancy renewals
Deposit protection including any potential disputes
Managing and instructing all maintenance and refurbishment works
Ensuring properties are compliant with all regulatory requirements (Gas Safety, Legionnaires, Electrical, EPC etc.)
General property administration including arrears chasing and account administration
Some (limited) residential block management.
Requirements:-
The successful candidate will be a confident, client facing, self-motivated, well organised and possess good communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in this field and will need to be able to work in a team but also on their own initiative.
