We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Officer to join our client's team in the electro-mechanical telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for our client's customers, ensuring outstanding service at all times.
Foster strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales revenue and maintaining customer loyalty.
Collaborate with fellow Internal Sales Officers to proactively manage customer expectations.
Create and follow up on quotes, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Ensure seamless coordination with external sales teams, planning, and purchasing departments.
Support order processing and fulfilment as needed.
Maintain accurate records and file relevant paperwork.
Key Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in key account management, customer service, and sales support (2+ years).
Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and confident telephone manner.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
A positive and friendly personality, along with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation.
Working Hours
? Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00 (Office) / Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 (Remote)
? Friday: 08:00 - 15:30 (Remote)
