Role:
Reporting directly to the leadership team, this role involves developing and maintaining top-quality Shopify stores for our clients, optimising website performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences. You will work closely with our design team to transform creative concepts into fully functional e-commerce solutions while troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to Shopify and its integrations.
As an integral part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our clients' success by delivering exceptional e-commerce experiences and offering technical guidance to elevate their online businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Integration: Develop, customise, and maintain high-quality Shopify stores for clients.
- Implement responsive designs ensuring cross-browser compatibility and an optimal user experience.
- Optimise site performance and work on enhancing the overall user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Shopify, its apps, and integrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to bring creative ideas to life, transforming visual designs into fully functional e-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with QA and project management teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Shopify ecosystem and e-commerce industry.
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients.
Requirements:
- We seek a highly skilled Shopify Developer passionate about delivering excellence and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus development. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus.
- Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to development and troubleshooting.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with design, QA, and project management teams.
- Mindset: Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Location: UK-based (non-essential).
Language : Fluency in English.
Salary: £30,000-£45,000 per annum
