HR and Systems Administrator - Based in Canary Wharf - Up to £34,000 p.a. + Bens

Do you have an engaging personality and strong communication skills, combined with excellent excel and administrative abilities?

If you have the above attributes and you are keen to join a growing and successful business based in Canary Wharf this could be an ideal match.

Initially starting as a 3 month contractor, this role deals with a large number of new contractors who are joining this business, and your role will be to oversee the relevant compliance and data requirements, whilst liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve queries and ensure best practice is maintained.

The Company have expanded substantially over the last 30 years, however they retain a highly-engaging 'family feel' and the successful individual will have exposure to a number of engaging contacts and departments outside of HR e.g. Finance, Marketing etc.

This position also carries the responsibility of being highly involved with managing a new system that is currently being implemented. This also requires you to demonstrate an ability to be organised, detail orientated and manage data-consistency.

Is this you?

We do our best to reply to EVERY application!

We have been candidates too and we work hard to treat you in the same way that we would want to be treated. Therefore, we try not to rely on a generic advert disclaimer as this is something that is important for us and the businesses we partner with.

Given the high volume of responses we receive from the combination of job boards, social media and other sources and despite our best efforts, many of our responses will be via email as we simply can't call every application - We know that may not quite what you want to hear but we hope you'll understand and that you like our approach.

We work great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes us, and our clients stronger, more creative and ultimately better at what we all do.

Short-listed candidates will obviously be contacted for this specific role and, regardless of the outcome of this process, feel free to ustilise the 'job seeker resources' on our website.
