TSR Legal have a brand new opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join one of Cornwall's largest and most respected law firms. This is a chance to be part of a firm that values hard work, dedication, and passion, while fostering a relaxed and friendly office environment.
A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Fee Earner to assist with a growing caseload within the litigation department.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working and involves working alongside the Head of Department and other litigation fee earners.
Responsibilities include assisting with existing workloads, trial work, and managing your own files. The salary is competitive, with the potential to earn a generous bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling high-value and complex commercial litigation
- Managing complex possession and property claims
- Providing general litigation and dispute resolution advice
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong legal background in litigation law
- Experience managing a busy, mixed caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
