Job Description:
As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting our team, and creating a productive and pleasant work environment. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will contribute to the overall success of their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Assist in HR functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Support senior management with project coordination and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
