Business Development Manager- Strategic Partnership

Location: London/Remote/Flexible

As a Relationship Manager in the financial services industry, you will play an important role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with key partners who utilise their white label solutions. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring these partnerships thrive and deliver mutual value.

Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our white label partners. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships and attract new ones. Additionally, you will develop and execute effective account plans to drive business growth, address partner concerns promptly and efficiently, and collaborate closely with internal teams to support partner needs and facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of success in managing strategic partnerships with blue chip clients. A deep understanding of market trends and industry developments is essential. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial.

Experience in managing service delivery through software or a SaaS platform model would be a significant advantage. While a background in financial services is preferred, we are open to considering candidates from other industries who can quickly adapt to the financial services landscape.
