I am seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join my Kidderminster based client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, across 20 hours a week. Ideally this will be a few hours each day, but there is an element of flexibility for the right candidate.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll for weekly and monthly staff
- Updating Sage accounting software for payroll activities
- Calculating deductions, pension and expenses submissions
- Ensuring all HMRC payments are administered correctly
- Journals and cashbook postings
We would like to find someone with proven experience in payroll processing and handling queries, and strong analytical skills to identify and rectify errors in payroll data.
