Technical Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager / Key Account Executive - SITE BASED ROLE. Our client a global engineering manufacturer are recruiting an Internal Salesperson to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to provide high levels of customer service and is used to managing multiple accounts in an engineering / manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities - To use technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on products Key Performance Standards - Decision making, quality, process and employee management.

Key Account Manager - duties include:
- Identifying and establishing new business
- Organising sales visits
- Liaising with existing clients
- Preparing quotations
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
- Supporting other members of the sales team
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Budget planning and monitoring
- Representative for the customer within the company

Key Account Manager - requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical sales, or sales engineering or key account management in an engineering / manufacturing company.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong knowledge of ERP software.
- Good phone manner and ability to multitask.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday permanent days.
