ESOL Tutor

We are seeking an ESOL Tutor to deliver high-quality language instruction from Entry Level to Level 3 ESOL Curriculum. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who is passionate about helping learners improve their English language skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
- Instruct learners on the fundamentals of the English language and progress their skills to Level 3 ESOL.
- Assess and record learners' progress and provide grades and feedback.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom and foster a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an ESOL Tutor or Teacher.
- Strong understanding of the ESOL curriculum and teaching standards.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a simple and entertaining manner.
- Patience, resilience, and cultural sensitivity.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A recognised teaching qualification in ESOL or related field.
