We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce FSL Architect to work on a 12-month contract basis, with a leading Salesforce consulting company.
This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to innovative projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer-facing skills, robust business analyst capabilities, and hands-on experience in solutioning, configuration, and technical implementation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce FSL Architect include:
- Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients to understand business processes and constraints.
- Design robust, scalable, and flexible solution architectures for various customer projects.
- Develop and validate estimates to support project scope and change orders.
- Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions, including configuration of scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives.
- Manage expectations and maintain communication with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
SKILLS
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A proven background working on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong business analyst skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and technical implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience specifically with Salesforce Field Service (FSL).
