Researcher - This small but fast-growing company based near Marble Arch/Marylebone station, is looking to take on a Researcher to join the team. The MD is absolutely lovely, and this is a great opportunity to come in and grow the role and make it your own. They are looking for someone to work with them to deliver end-to-end project work including: - writing job descriptions, developing search strategies & targeting companies, researching companies, approaching candidates-screening calls, attending interviews & client meetings, writing candidate reports, supporting with drafting business proposals, support on business development & marketing plans and more. The role of Researcher would suit perhaps a second jobber, someone who is keen to join a growing business, to learn and evolve and languages are a definite bonus! You will be working in a small office of just 2 other people so must be happy with that set up and be okay with sometimes working on your own. They want someone with a great attitude, hungry to learn, energetic, confident, well-spoken and detailed & thorough in their approach. You will work in the office for 4 days and one from home but there is flexibility in time. Hours are 9-5.30 and there's huge potential to grow/progress.
