Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Executive Assistant on a temporary contract for a period of 12 months.

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Directors, with a particular focus on assisting the Managing Director and Executive Director with their personal administration on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional communication and organisational skills, as you manage heavy communications and schedule meetings for both internal and external executives and assistants, consultants, customers, and co-workers.

What will you be doing as an Executive Assistant?

Assisting the Directors with their personal administration and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Coordinating various meetings and managing the calendars of the Managing Director and Executive Director.
Taking minutes in meetings and distributing them to relevant parties.
Performing general office duties such as filling, scanning, photocopying, sorting post, and purchasing office supplies.
Acting as the main point of contact for reception equipment contracts and overseeing the reception area.
Conducting receptionist training and appraisals and managing their annual leave.
Utilising your advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office packages, to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

What do you need to be a successful Executive Assistant?

Proven experience as a PA, Secretary, or in an administrative role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Excellent minute-taking skills.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
