Our Facility Maintenance & Cleaning Support is responsible for ensuring that facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for employees and visitors. This role includes performing routine maintenance tasks, cleaning duties, and minor repairs as needed.
This role will be 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.

Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and windows.

Clean restrooms and replenish supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.).

Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.

Ensure all common areas are clean and presentable.

Maintenance Tasks:

Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and patching walls.

Report larger maintenance issues to management.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks.

Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.

Ensure that all work areas are hazard-free.

Inventory Management:

Keep track of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning roles is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
