I am working on a great opportunity for an experienced Design Manager. The overall purpose of this role is to lead, manage and develop the Design Team in delivering detailed designs from sales handover of all projects to completion of the Design process. This includes managing the process of working detailed drawings from approval to construction to fabrication and as built drawings. Ensure that all developed designs are technically and commercially robust and issued in line with contractual programmes. Coordinate between the design department, estimating, procurement, project management and installation teams. A robust understanding of the building safety act is essential for this position
