The successful candidate will handle all aspects of commercial conveyancing, including sales, acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, and commercial lease preparation and negotiation. You must be an approachable, self-sufficient fee earner with a client-focused attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential to lead each case from initial contact to completion, including drafting and negotiating as necessary. Proficiency in IT, experience with Microsoft applications, and familiarity with the Hoowla case management system are required.
