As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of their sales processes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting the sales team in managing customer accounts and fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Preparing and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, while adhering to established timelines.
  • Coordinating with various departments, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely delivery to customers.
  • Generating sales reports and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth and process improvement.
  • Supporting the sales team in creating sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to effectively communicate our products/services to clients.
  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and providing product information and assistance as required.
  • Maintaining detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales transactions, and order status updates.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address any issues or concerns raised by customers, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Update and Utilise CRM to provide visibility and information on progress.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services

Experience, skills, and knowledge required for the role.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in processing sales orders and maintaining sales records.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to address challenges and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-focused role, ideally within a sales or related field.
