My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Buckinghamshire, and due to continued expansion, my client is seeking a driven and enthusiastic residential property expert to join their team.
They are seeking a skilled Residential Property expert to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years or more PQE or have qualified in residential conveyancing with experience in freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, and shared ownership properties.
You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines independently.
Requirements:
- Deliver the end-to-end conveyancing process within given time frames;
- Be an ambassador for the company, always maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and integrity
- Maintain a full clean practising certificate and be competent in all areas of residential conveyancing;
