We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner with Workday expertise to play a key role in its system rollout.
In this global insurance organization, your responsibilities will be divided between partnering with the business and supporting the Workday implementation project.
You will provide an effective and efficient business-focused HR service, delivering advice and support throughout the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, regulatory requirements, employee relations, learning and development, organizational transformation activities, and rewards and benefits.
To be considered for this 14-month fixed-term contract, you must have experience with Workday and, ideally, prior involvement in the implementation of an HR system.
