The Role of the Sales Office Manager
- Overseeing a team of internal sales engineers.
- Managing team KPI's and targets.
- Supporting external account managers.
- Responsible for recruitment of new internal sales staff.
- Ensure orders are correctly processed to help hit company KPI's & Targets.

- Understanding of motors and or valves, rotating equipment, transmission equipment.
- Experience in managerial role within sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
