Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team in managing warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling materials and operating a forklift to ensure smooth warehouse processes.
Duties
- Utilise forklift to load and unload materials
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage during transportation
- Work in collaboration with warehouse staff to fulfil orders effectively
You must be prepared to carry out some warehouse duties, including picking/packing/scanning.
Requirements
- Proficient in using forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks
- Strong organisational skills to manage warehouse tasks efficiently
This is a temporary role for 3 months, commencing October through to Christmas.
Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
