Our client is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant to join their well regarded Property team in Congleton. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Fee Earner and ensuring the department operates at peak efficiency.
ABOUT THE ROLE
For this role you will be responsible for effectively dealing with clients and third parties over the phone, in written correspondence, and occasionally face-to-face. You will chase various documentation, update case management systems, and ensure clients receive top-notch service. Additionally, you will prepare necessary documentation, handle completion packs, and manage post-exchange matters.
The role is full time and office based.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this role should have strong administrative skills gained in an office environment, excellent attention to detail, and a good telephone manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using a case management system are essential. You should be highly organised, willing to learn new skills, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities. Proven experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant in a Residential Conveyancing Department is required.
