Main Grade Lecturer- Performing Arts: Dance

The Role
To contribute to achieving excellence in teaching and learning through innovative and excellent practice. You will be expected to create effective and stimulating learning opportunities for all students through high quality teaching, learning and assessment.
You will deliver teaching and learning on all levels, from Level 3 through to Level 6, and offer current and relevant industry/practitioner skills.
You will be able to teach a range of skills, including Choreography, commercial, urban, contemporary and improvisation as
well as theory-based modules.
You will also be required to take an active role in the development of external partnerships and developing external opportunities and experience for the students.
Pastoral care will be an additional focus of the role and you will take responsibility for both personal and group wellbeing and attainment, to establish a cohesive learning experience that enables progression and development to higher levels or future employment.
