We are seeking a passionate Senior Spa Therapist dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences in a welcoming and tranquil environment. As a key member of the Spa Team, you will engage with guests and spa members to consistently deliver exceptional spa services. You will perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments to the highest standards and drive retail sales. Additionally, you will serve as a role model to your colleagues and support the Spa Manager in daily operations.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (required)
- Strong team player with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to motivate and inspire the team, setting high standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional guest service skills

Hours: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with varying schedules across 7 days.
