SIMS Data Manager
- Annual Salary: £28,023 - £30,466 (inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement)

We are seeking a SIMS Data Manager to oversee student data within SIMS, providing essential support in exam analysis, report preparation, and management of information systems. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of school data processes and the ability to start work at 8.00am, with flexibility during peak times.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage all student data within SIMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with exam analysis and the preparation of detailed reports.
- Prepare SIMS data for each reporting session and manage linked data and information systems.
- Stay updated with ongoing developments within SIMS and undertake associated training.
- Work collaboratively with the Exams Officer and support their activities.
- Engage with all members of the school community and external agencies to maintain data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent technical administration and IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate data.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required.
- Previous experience using SIMS or a similar school data management system is preferable.
- The role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check.
