Supervising Social Worker - £49,000 per annum + £3k car allowance
NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating in the London area.
They offer a very good salary package that can get up to around £49,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance, so you will be well rewarded for your work.
They also offer up to £7.200 productivity bonus which is based on the number of children on caseload.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 - 12 foster families. This is a hybrid role (2 - 3 days per week in the office in South East London).
The role involves supervising foster carers and working therapeutically with them and the children and young people in their care.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
